Bearing witness to the moments of love and strength in each of our patients’ journeys.

Favourite past-time activity:
Laying down in the park or the beach and watching the clouds pass by.

Favourite restaurant in your community:
Saku!!! Mouth-watering katsu (pork, chicken, and vegetarian options too) with unlimited rice, salad, and miso soup! 

A book or article you would recommend:
The Myth of Normal by Gabor Maté and The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo; both have drastically changed how I view the impact of trauma on health, and my personal relationship with the material world.
