The amazing & compassionate team that I get to work with everyday! Also helping people hear the truth that they need to so they can prepare and prioritize the time they have left.

Spending time with my kids and getting cuddles

Akedo Showten Ramen + Gyoza (for practical purposes to ensure my toddler will actually eat), and Yugafu japanese bistro (for special occasions without the kids)

Best piece of advice for new physicians:

There are many people who are going to want your time as you get started, so pace yourself with committing to projects and work that you are genuinely invested in. Also know that working “full time” doesn’t need to be 5 days per week – especially if you have a young family.
